When Antalya cuisine culture is analysed; it is seen that there are traces of different cultures.

Ercan Arslan, who has been working and gaining experience with numerous local and international chefs since 1999, successfully represents traditional Turkish cuisine on both local and international platforms. Our chef, who has a special interest in Italian cuisine, serves at the kitchen of AKKA Antedon.

Our chef, who hails from Hatay, one of the cities with the richest culinary culture in the Mediterranean region, has garnered experience working in prestigious establishments such as the restaurant of the Saudi Arabian Royal Family, as well as in Qatar, Bodrum, and Marmaris. Specializing in cold appetizers and home-cooked dishes, our chef brings his expertise to AKKA Antedon.

Mehmet Korkmaz, who started working alongside famous chefs in top establishments in Antalya in the 90s, shares his extensive experience in Turkish and international cuisine with our guests within the AKKA family. He specializes in hot dishes, bringing his expertise to create delightful culinary experiences.
