ERCAN ARSLAN

Since 1999, Ercan Arslan, who has worked with many local and foreign chefs and gained experience, has been successfully representing traditional Turkish cuisine on local and international platforms for many years. Our chef, who has a special interest in Italian Cuisine, serves in Akka Antedon kitchen.

BÜLENT DOĞRU

Our chef, who grew up in Hatay, one of the richest cities of the Mediterranean, has worked in high-end establishments in Qatar, Bodrum and Marmaris, including the restaurant of the Royal Family in Saudi Arabia. He specialises in cold appetizers and home cooking.

MEHMET KORKMAZ

Mehmet Korkmaz, who started to work alongside famous chefs in Antalya's high-level businesses in the 90s, has been sharing his experience in Turkish and World Cuisine for many years with our guests at AKKA. He specialises in hot dishes.
