PAYMENTS

A - The full amount of the reservation (100%) must be paid at the time of registration.

B - The consumer who purchases the discounted service is obliged to pay the entire service fee (100%) on the reservation date.

C - For special products and services, the balance must be paid at the time of purchase of the service. Withdrawal compensation is the same as Article 1A.

CANCELLATION-TURN

1- Although the business has shown all the necessary care, it is an obstacle to the start or continuation of the accommodation; The accommodation may be canceled due to the inability to register as many as the required number of passengers or due to adverse weather conditions, road obstructions, terrorism, fog, strikes, the possibility of war, unpredictable technical issues and all force majeure. In this case, the consumer has no right to compensation.

2- A- When the consumer requests cancellation up to 14 days before the start of the service, the full price paid is returned to him.

B- If the consumer is less than 14 days before the start of the service, the cancellation fee for the 3 nights of the room type that the Consumer has booked will be invoiced and the remaining amount will be returned to the Consumer. Date changes made by the consumer are subject to the hotel's approval.

C- When a cancellation is requested up to 14 days before the start of the discounted service, the full price paid is returned to him. If less than 14 days are left, the cancellation fee of 3 nights for the room type that the Consumer has made a reservation for will be invoiced and the remaining amount will be returned to the Consumer.

3- The consumer can transfer the Service to the person he/she wants until 3 days before the service starts. The transferee is responsible for the balance and all costs arising from the transfer together with the transferor. The consumer is obliged to submit all cancellation and transfer requests in writing to the business before the start of the service.

4- In case the consumer does not notify in writing that he will participate in the Accommodation service that he missed the beginning of; The business has the right to cancel all reservations and services made on behalf of the consumer after 24 hours. No refund will be made to the consumer for such cancellations.

5 - When deemed necessary, the Business may partially or completely cancel the tours it has announced or registered, provided that it notifies the Consumer, before the start of the accommodation service. At the same time or during the service, the business may change the names of the hotels within the scope of the service, transportation vehicles and their places of departure. If the consumer does not accept these changes and cancellations for justified reasons, he has the right to cancel the reservation and get a refund of the unconsumed service fees.
